Studio Parking Information Update
We are thrilled to see you at our Registration tomorrow Thursday, September 8th from 4:00 - 6:30 pm.
Unfortunately, parking by the Studio will be limited for the next few weeks due to a major solar panel construction project. They began this project back in June and took a break over the summer months. They have started back up working this past week, just in time for our lessons to begin! I am linking this web page which has the latest updates. This factsheet is specific to the work at 10-11 Pond St parking lots which will greatly effect parking at the Studio.
According to the City of Beverly, construction will start tomorrow and continue for the next few weeks. Please view the photo below for parking specifics.
BASICS: Solar canopy construction continues! In the next few weeks, the steel structures will be built up and larger portions of the lots will be blocked off. Please take advantage of parking available here:
Family Dollar / Chapman Lot (106 spaces)
Briscoe Lot at Hale St. and Briscoe St. (18 spaces)
NEW Temporary parking available at 3 Essex St. (Oceanview/Monarch building) (35 spaces)
City Hall - Weekends
DETAILS:10 Pond Lot (behind Soma, Atomic Cafe, Worthy Girl)
Starting Thursday, three rows of parking will be closed during weekdays for the next few weeks. Exits will temporarily become 2-way during this time.
Spaces will be opened as work is completed.
11 Pond Lot (behind the Cabot Lodge, Kaffmandu)
The lower lot remains closed through the project.
Most of the upper lot will be closed as the 10 Pond St. canopy is built
Below is a map of the next phase of construction. As of right now, we encourage you to park on the Chapman Street portion of the parking lot (The lot on the high right in front of our house although there has been construction there recently as well!). I am in constant communication with the progress of this construction and will keep you all updated as I receive information.
