Zumba at Mitchell's starts this Wednesday

Our next 6 week Zumba session will start this Wednesday, February 28th from 7:00 - 8:00 pm.


Zumba is a GREAT class and allows you to have a fun time as you get your heart pumping, blood flowing and stay fit during the winter season. Bring a friend and make it twice the fun!! This class will run for an hour and will be geared to adults (but High Schoolers will be welcome as well).
